Custom Health was recently featured in Proactive following the announcement that the Company has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Spencer Health Solutions, developer of the spencer® smart medication dispenser and connected in-home medication management platform.
The article highlights how the proposed acquisition is expected to bring an important in-home medication technology capability fully in-house. Custom Health currently deploys spencer® as part of its medication management model, connecting dispensing events and patient signals with AdhereNet® and pharmacist-led clinical support.
