Custom Health announced the acquisition of PatchRx, a medication adherence and remote monitoring technology company, expanding the Company’s connected care infrastructure and strengthening real-time visibility into how medications are managed at home. The acquisition integrates PatchRx’s patented PatchCap™ smart pill bottle cap technology into Custom Health’s AdhereNet® platform, extending monitoring capabilities for prescription vials and supporting earlier intervention, improved adherence, and more connected medication management.

The transaction also supports Custom Health’s strategic focus on pain management and outcomes-driven medication programs by enabling real-time adherence monitoring for medications prescribed on an as-needed basis, including opioids used for breakthrough pain.
