Custom Health (formerly Pack4U) announced the acquisition of Catalyst Healthcare, creator of the AdhereNet® medication management platform. Prior to the transaction, pharmacies within the Company’s network already utilized AdhereNet® technology to support medication management and adherence programs. The acquisition brought the technology platform and broader team together under Custom Health as part of a more integrated care and infrastructure model.
