Her leadership provides the operational foundation for Custom Health’s remote clinical programs and the measurable outcomes they are designed to deliver.

Michael leads pharmacy operations across Custom Health’s U.S. network, with a particular focus on the Midwest. Prior to joining Custom Health, he served as President of InnovativeRx, overseeing a substantial multi-location pharmacy business across Indiana and Ohio. He now brings that operating experience to integration, performance and the continued scaling of Custom Health’s U.S. pharmacy operations.

He is known for building teams that move quickly and follow through on every detail — from supporting patients transitioning home from hospital to navigating coverage, support programs and complex medication needs. His leadership has helped build a specialized pharmacy model focused on connected in-home medication technology while maintaining individualized patient support.
Michael leads Custom Health’s Vancouver pharmacy operations, combining strong clinical expertise with a hands-on approach to patient care and pharmacy operations. He is known for building teams that move quickly and follow through on every detail — from supporting patients transitioning home from hospital to navigating coverage, support programs and complex medication needs. His leadership has helped build a specialized pharmacy model focused on connected in-home medication technology while maintaining individualized patient support.
Devin leads Custom Health’s Saskatoon pharmacy operations, bringing deep experience across community pharmacy, long-term care and institutional healthcare. Over the course of his career, he has developed extensive relationships across Saskatchewan’s pharmacy and healthcare ecosystem, working closely with health-system, government and community partners. A hands-on operator, Devin combines practical pharmacy expertise with a drive to continually test and adopt new approaches — from medication packaging technologies to emerging uses of AI — to improve how pharmacy services are delivered.
Devin leads Custom Health’s Saskatoon pharmacy operations, bringing deep experience across community pharmacy, long-term care and institutional healthcare. Over the course of his career, he has developed extensive relationships across Saskatchewan’s pharmacy and healthcare ecosystem, working closely with health-system, government and community partners. A pharmacist with experience in medication therapy management, diabetes care and pharmacy operations, he is focused on building high-performing teams and delivering patient-centered pharmacy services. His background also brings a disciplined approach to quality and process improvement as the Toronto operation continues to grow.
