As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Custom Health,Shane leads a cross-border healthcare company specializing in personalizedmedication delivery and pharmacist-driven care solutions. Under his leadership,Custom Health integrates proprietary technology to support complex patientpopulations, enhance medication adherence, and lower healthcare costs forproviders and payers alike.
Prior to Custom Health, Shane founded and scaled multiplesuccessful healthcare ventures. He was the visionary behind Catalyst HealthcareLtd., a cross-border technology firm recognized for its patented dose-levelmedication tracking and pharmacy automation solutions. Catalyst was acquired byPack4U Inc. (now Custom Health), which Shane founded to expand tech-enabled,remote patient care across the U.S.
Shane's entrepreneurial journey also includes co-foundingParagon Pharmacies Ltd., a 20+ location pharmacy chain that he led to asuccessful public offering (acquired by Shoppers Drug Mart). At Paragon, hepioneered one of Western Canada’s first central-fill pharmacy models, setting anew standard for pharmacy operations.
Beyond building businesses, Shane has made significantcontributions to healthcare policy and innovation. He authored centralizedfilling and checking legislation for the Province of British Columbia and holdspatents in medication dose administration and inventory management.
A graduate of the University of British Columbia with aBachelor of Science in Pharmacy, Shane continues to shape the future ofpharmacy and healthcare delivery through his strategic leadership,technological vision, and unwavering focus on improving lives.
