Jason Nalewany is a Chartered Professional Accountant(CPA-CA) with over 20 years of leadership experience in public company finance,capital markets, and corporate development. Throughout his career, he hasfocused on building disciplined financial infrastructure, executing strategictransactions, and supporting companies through growth and transition into thepublic markets.

As Chief Financial Officer of Custom Health, Jason leads financial strategy, reporting, and governance as the company prepares tooperate as a publicly traded issuer. He brings deep expertise in IFRS reporting, internal controls, and capital markets execution, helping to ensurethe transparency, rigor, and operational discipline required to scale anintegrated, AI-enabled healthcare platform.

Prior to joining Custom Health, Jason served as ChiefFinancial Officer of publicly listed issuers including Montreal Cannabis Corp.(CSE: MTLC) and Lithium Energi Exploration (TSXV: LEXI). In these roles, he led equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public companycompliance initiatives. Most recently, he played a key role in the acquisitionof Montreal Cannabis by Canopy Growth, further strengthening his experience incomplex transactions and capital markets outcomes.

Jason began his career in audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers,where he developed a strong foundation in financial reporting and controls. Heholds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria and brings thefinancial leadership and governance required to support Custom Health as apublic company.
