Brent Herman is an experienced corporate executive, entrepreneur and securities lawyer with more than 25 years of experience spanning healthcare, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic business development.

As Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Custom Health, Brent focuses on advancing strategic growth initiatives, developing industry partnerships and identifying acquisition opportunities that support the continued expansion of Custom Health’s integrated healthcare platform across North America. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of InnovativeRx US Holdings Inc., which joined Custom Health in June 2026.

Earlier in his career, Brent was a securities partner at Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP, where he advised public and private companies, investment funds and financial institutions on corporate finance, securities and strategic transactions. He has also held senior leadership and investment roles with First Capital Management Ltd. and FCI Energy Opportunities Fund, L.P.

Brent holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Victoria.
